 It's Friday, for me at least, so let's have a little fun. Post in with whatever; fic, random canon thoughts, new pups, crack pups you'd likely never play, yourself, whatever. Anything goes, just remember the three rules of Milliways or X will come and find you.

Possibly bringing him in from an earlier era

Ivan's unbuttoning his collar as he enters what he thought was his quarters at the Earth Embassy when he stops. His hand rests on his stunner and he calls out, "Miles, I know you only just arrived but what did you do?"

It does seem to be a bar and today was long but bar's don't show up in his quarters.

"What's a 'Miles' do you think?" asks a female voice as if Ivan weren't even there.

"Not sure. Must be very powerful to change everything after just arriving. Maybe a big spirit, maybe just a fool," replies another female voice.

"Fools is fun," replies the first voice.

"So are big spirits, if they're in the right frame of mind."

Being talked about like he's not there is vaguely familiar to Ivan and he laughs, "I don't think even Miles could manage this."

[OOC: I love them but they're likely only for sandboxes. Don't have two slots open and they need to be a pair. But I'd love to see them, Raven, and Coyote interacting.]

Both girls, each dressed in their own variation of jeans and leather jackets, turn to look at him from the rafters above.

In unison, they ask, "Then why blame him right off? Is it funnier?"

When he hears their voices, he looks up and leans against a table to get a better look, "Partly and whenever things get weird, he tends to be behind it. My kind of trouble is never as interesting as his."

The girl on the right shakes her head and the one on the left tsks.

"Can't be predictable like that. A reputation is one thing, but you want to make sure you aren't the one that's blamed when odd things happen. Leave them guessing," Zia muses for Ivan benefit.

"What sort of trouble do you get into?" Maida, the girl on the right, asks.

"Oh, I flirt too much and don't file reports in time. What about you?" They don't seem like anyone he's ever met before.

[OOC: Sometime when I'm in a slump, I'll have to EP them into a sandbox so they and Tiwa can prance about.]

"Oh, a romancer! Best watch out Zia," Maida teases, causing Zia to slap her shoulder.

"We do not get into trouble," Zia says stiffly with her head raised.

"Unless Uncle Raven is around."

"Well yes."

"Or we get caught."

"You're ruining my airs."

Maida waves her hand under her nose, "I don't think anything can ruin those."

Ivan laughs and sits on the table, which makes a rat squeak at him, "My feet aren't on the table, its fine. I've got an uncle like that, all he has to do is look at me and I start wondering what I did wrong."

As Ivan speaks, both girls stand and part, following him as he steps to the table. Once he's sitting on it, they drop down into a chair each, landing without a tremor or shift to the chairs or the table. And yes, they are likely making him sift about.

"Are all uncles like that, do you think?"

"Always falsely accusing..."

"Except when it's not false."

When they drop down, he smiles at their elegance, "That's the worst. I don't always mess up."
