Ok, so it is becoming apparant (maybe just to those of us involved) that a Milli-Pack of werewolves is forming. I think that we're getting big enough that we need out own plotting community. Especially for possible coordinating niftyness during the full moon periods of time. Any thoughts? From anyone?

It sounds like if we're going to do this, ~~milli_moons~~ milli_pack and ~~moony_ways~~ pack_ways are the two more popular ones. ~~Milli_pack has my vote~~. Having pondered, either is fine with me. I think that, before putting anything into the 'for sure' stage, we should let as many people as want to weigh in. So I'm going to let this sit for a bit, and give as many people as possible a chance to at least see what we're thinking about.

UPDATE: It's starting to sound like pack_ways is maybe our best bet? Vote/post to Storms Journal, just to keep things nice.

This was mentioned a while ago. I think the idea was shot down. It's not that urgent, after all.

But I think more of the shape-shifters are plotting together than previously.

I know the idea was shot down before, but now that an actual pack of sorts is forming, I think it's a good idea. Especially for coordinating full-moon activities now.

I have no real idea for names that hasn't already been suggested. I do like the moon names better than werss, because not all of the wolves in Milliways are weres. Anyway, all of my voice goes to "Do it, do it!"

Point- and it wouldn't have to be just for wers- maybe primarily wers, but shapeshifters who find themselves threading with wers a lot would be welcome as well.

Also, why should urgency be our reason? Personally, I just want to do it for fun, meet other wer-muns in the Bar that, because of time zones or something, normally aren't on at the same time. *shrugs* And people can participate or not as they want, as always.

Eh, it might have something come up, we can use it for reminders of moon phases at the very least and it's not like any of my other plotting communities have had many posts . . . Wereways, perhaps? Milli_pack?

I love that! But, being not sure if one of my pups will ever be apt to run with a pack I don't know if I have a vote ;-)

But milli_back is probably the most universal as a) not all of them change with the moon and b)not all of them are weres.

*pokes around own info page* Okay, with just moon phase updates alone, like a warning of a couple days before the full moon, it'd get more use than a dozen of my other communities as they average about five posts ever and the most recent update in any of them was eleven weeks ago. It'd be helpful and be used more than many.

Just an FYI, the wolves around aren't being too picky about who runs with them. I mean, Jason and Peter are going to run with a cat...sorry, not'cat.
And if we're able to do this, I hope we can get people in other parts of the world to also tell us when their full moon is. I know it's different, but that's as far as my knowledge goes.

I'm partial to hunting_ways myself. Partly 'cause not all the 'shifters seem to be pack oriented, but they do mostly seem to be predatory in nature.
