(no subject)

Tonight's chaos has been brought to you through a collaboration between Crichton-mun and Grima/Ender-mun. We hope you enjoy it :)

----

And now, to business.

"To business!" *glasses clink together* "...sorry, I thought you were proposing a toast."

----

Obviously people need to go after the bar. If things stall or hit a dead end, we can always bring in the Deus Ex Machina ACME agent that caught up with Carmen and brings back the bar -- but it's a lot more fun if the bar patrons manage to bring it back themselves. So, with that in mind, here's the current situation.

Carmen Sandiego is currently in the French Revolution, with the bar. She's accidentally taken [livejournal.com profile] bob_the_skull with her. Sirius is, evidently, gibbering in French.

Therefore, anybody who a) needs to ask us what Sirius is saying (though this can easily be made up by whoever's Godding him at the time), or b) needs to know details in the event a party is sent back to the French Revolution (Party in the French Revolution would be a good name for a rock band) can message us for the relevant information. Since Grima-mun's internet access is still spotty due to parental interference, you can message Crichton-mun. His screenname, on both AIM and YM, is Kimpire. Go for it. He's friendly, and won't bite. Usually, anyhow.

Otherwise, in the unlikely event he's unavailable or asleep or being tortured by mutant metrocards in search of Aztec gold, you can cross your fingers and pray that Grima-mun managed to slip past her parents yet again and log onto the internet. Her AIM is Tinuviel8994, and her MSN is Tinuviel8994@aol.com.

Of course, replying to this post will get your message to us by email.

I'd love to play, but the bit with Snow being stuck in Milliways makes it difficult. An idea I had was that if the search went past New York anytime in the past 400 years(or the Carpathian Mountains 200-300 years ago *snrk*) then Snow could write a convincing note to herself and that version of her could help out . . . but I don't want to disrupt your plot, so just let me know if I need to get cracking on this.

Oh...

There's really nothing to disrupt, really. We don't have a detailed forward-looking plot in mind; basically we've created a situtation and will see how everyone responds to it. If you want to work on it by having a younger Snow White try and locate Carmen Sandiego in the past, that's great -- this is all about seeing what brilliant plans all you folkses can come up with and responding to them :)

Am currently entangled with the thing below but Fleur would of course be glad to help.

Well, you'd need an etherial or Endless to tip her off about it first, and bring the message from current-Snow though. Otherwise, it'd be a tad difficult to convince her to help find a bar from a restaurant that she won't go to for a few centuries. Give me a shout when you figure out when I could fit in.

Okay, I just got an idea that I might just stick in Millific due to the fact that I'd need someone to play Bigby . . .

Haven't found a way to point this out IC yet, as Will currently doesn't know that it was taken back in time, but he can a) time-travel as he likes (and bring others along, as needed), and b) speak any language that's being spoken to him. Plus he's got an overdeveloped sense of duty. He'd be up for a rescue party.

Assuming that a rescue party happens and that it would be IC for the others to ask him, of course. :)

When the hunt goes, Sir Percy and Marguerite would like to volunteer as native guides, since the French Revolution is their time...

I'm working out some ideas now, get back to you once I've ironed out some details.
