Mal's lj name first off would be something completely boring: captainreynolds or something. Maybe harbatkin if the Alliance were patrolling to Cortex/internets. He does keep a journal millicanonically, but mostly that happened because I thought emailed OOM journal entries would be the only way I could keep Mal up when I was in France for awhile.
