For me, I'm about to start my second year of my Masters of Library Science towards my dream job of being a children's librarian.

Will doesn't really think in terms of jobs, but working with Robin is all he can imagine.
Sameth, canon is working on that since Abhorsen-in-Waiting isn't the best fit.
Jane is going to be a published writer and married somehow.
Demeter is a goddess so she's kind of made for her position as goddess of fertility and agriculture.
Moist makes up his job as he goes along and being a conman suits him just fine.
Tumnus adores being able to advise the Pevensies and help Narnia.
The Pirate King loves his job.
