In other news, I took one of my greatest fears head on and did a *GASP* MULTI-PUP POST over in Mixed Muses (http://community.livejournal.com/mixed_muses/986067.html). I somehow ended up with 17 threads. IDEK. I am having like, the BEST time regardless of yesterday being made of suck. Hitting my slows today, darlings! HEARTS TO YOU ALL.

Also, headway on some OoMs has been made! WATCH THIS SPACE. OR. WELL, NOT THIS SPACE BUT... n/m.

Pfff, no apologies! Sunday's kind of been a free-for-all since the mun assigned to do Indulgences has been on a mini-hiatus of sorts for a while now, I believe. I just saw one wasn't up and was going to share the joy and terror of DANCING DANIEL MAYS with the back room at large, but your gif made me go all goggle-eyed with awe when I refreshed. *high-fives*

Ult. Jessica Sarah is still dodging a very sick and more than usual manic Vyvyan (http://Vyvyan). I think this week I need to have her get over the IMDB Flu virus though her jumping into the Happy Hour threads of Gene Hunt and Moist von Lipwig were a lot of fun.

Barbie came in reading scripts (as was suggested by Fi) and is in the process of meeting Lt. Sonja Blade (http://community.livejournal.com/milliways_bar/23878960.html?thread=1073258800#t1073258800) (assuming her mun doesn't mind the glacier slow that is).

Thalia mistook a sick William as being Percy Jackson and bullied/convinced him to go to the Infirmary (http://community.livejournal.com/milliways_bar/23860642.html?thread=1072213410#t1072213410). She lost him before getting him medical help and left a worried note for Annabeth (http://community.livejournal.com/milliways_bar/23884363.html?thread=1073375307#t1073375307). I look forward to how this gets resolved.

And lastly, over in mixed_muses  Tybault resists pouncing on a tired Tiwa (http://community.livejournal.com/mixed_muses/985035.html?thread=77290699#t77290699) and they talk about mortals and life. I hope to get back to this one as I love both character's canon.

I guess I did do a fair bit of playing this week. Between work, doctor's appointments and being sick I didn't think I had.

ETA: Oh and in RL, I went to a dance lesson with my daughter yesterday. We learned the Foxtrot, the Swing and the Waltz for an upcoming "My Guy and Me" Girl Scout dance. I am happy to say those ballroom lessons I took for PE my senor year of HS still are rattling around in my brain after all these years!

And this morning I made butter milk/blue berry scones for my wife.

Dammit, I am doing it again. I AM SUPPOSED TO BE ON HIATUS!

I am currently composing a semicanonical timeline to figure out when my OOMs that I have written have happened. The canon does a surprisingly good job of world building for a MMORPG that was supposedly kludged together. I have covered 6,000 years of history so far.

This week in Claudia: Al Moist Watson one of her friends is acting really weird, and Lily is not actually serving Shirley Temples, but that's okay.

This week in other characters: Cata does not know why this cookie has a piece of paper in it. (That is totally still open, by the way, if anyone wants to have one of theirs explain it or be equally confused.) (ETA: And then Cam tagged in with the Medic and it got EVEN BETTER. <3)

And this week in 'I occasionally write fic': Meanwhile, in the Future, in which Claudia and Rebecca have a conversation (because what better time than halfamoon to have my two favorite characters talk?).

This last week was rather lazy for me but I made banana bread that my class loved and have been working on getting healthy and dealing with snow.

In RP terms, lots of IMDB flu fun, its really one of my favorite quick plots.

Moist is feeling rather polite as Watson though Lady Margolotta still made him squirm.

William and Tarik were fascinating.

I EPed Will and he had a great conversation about Milliways with Rachel.

I really enjoyed tagging Gabs' MM multipup post and life is good.

I really don't think that's from The Court Jester, that actor wasn't in it, but I'm not sure what other one.

Thanks, I feel much more like myself, that assignment I had last weekend just knocked me for a loop. Oh and I finally saw the Percy Jackson movie, it really was a lot of fun. Also William has an EP where he's himself again if you're in a Thalia mood at any point.

Finally finished my balaclava (ravelry link and pictures you don't need to sign in to look at). This means winter will end soon and I won't have a chance to wear it this year, of course.

Also got fabric for my Four Horsemen of the Steampocalypse costume (gonna be Famine! ^_^) so I can get started on that and not still be working on it at the con.

RP-wise, I got plans--boy, have I ever got plans--but in terms of actual results this week, I am still enjoying Butch Cassidy's bartending shift. I know I've done other things this week but that's the first one that comes to mind ^_^

I HAVE BEEN RPing WITH MY SISTER ELSEGAME AND IT IS EPIIIIIC. Things like love confessions and might-as-well-say-they're-making-out are already occurring... in 31 total tags over three EPs. ._. How does this happen. I don't even know.

ANYWAY. Data and Lore's whole thing (http://community.livejournal.com/milliways_bar/23876127.html) was finally finished this past Monday. Over in MM, I tossed in another one (http://community.livejournal.com/mixed_muses/984552.html) of my sister's characters, and discovered that her voice is actually surprisingly easy (and LOADS of fun!). Aaaaand, I wrote an OOMM (http://knightofmercury.livejournal.com/1335.html) I really like that I will hopefully be posting with an EP soon.

Rachel is always rattling around in my brain complaining about the lack of excitement in her life. Meeting X-23 and agreeing to trade gymnastics lessons for combat lessons SHUT HER RIGHT UP.

Just finished this slowtime with Parker Lee which was the best sort of giggly!


Over in RL Land, there were Freedom Cookies, a hat I was SO PROUD OF until I realized I'd knitted it waaaaaay too small, and plans made for a crafting holiday!

We had a three-hour lacrosse scrimmage today. I shouted myself hoarse, since I'm learning to be goalie and you have to call out where the ball is when it's on your side of the field (BALL'S TOP RIGHT! BALL'S TOP MIDDLE!, etc., etc.).

But the highlight was definitely when I caught a 70-mile-an-hour shot right between my legs. Absolutely perfect timing. I was like :D.

Took a few shots to the knee and shin, and got a few bruises from a couple of the more aggressive middies, but it was so worth it.
