Well, its more of in comparison to other people. He's constantly keeping up an act in Milliways, but he's picked up on the fact that she seems to like bending rules. So she gets to see a few more smirks and yes, I outsmarted these people than someone more law abiding would.

Its a really interesting sliding scale in his head that I'm a little too tired to explain fully but she's around the middle and leaning more towards the she can know he's not truly that straight.

Is this making sense? Its been a long day for me.

No, I get it. She's not at all averse to bending the rules herself, so he doesn't mind a slight admission that he does the same. (Possibly she shouldn't mention that she technically works for the government, though given that she got that job by way of a kidnapping... XD She'd be more upset if he actually tried to con her.)

If you ignore the whole lying about his name and what he does then he hasn't of yet.

He doesn't work in Milliways, there are too many gods and various forms of guards around that he's paranoid of what might happen if he's caught.
