Clementine will insist to the universe that she's perfect. But in reality she has some minor, buried self-esteem issues. She'd give herself a rounder behind. Which is very shallow, but them's the breaks.

Juliet would work on her aim. She's fairly confident and in-charge of herself, so she doesn't want for much.

Dixie has too much of a sense of humor about herself to change much. If anything, she'd change her marriage to Doc, because it ruined her innocence and absorbed too much of her youth. But Dix wouldn't want her innocence back *shrugs*.
