Ben is a good swimmer though his buoyancy isn't what it used to be. ;p
Val is an excellent swimmer, having swam competitively when she was a kid. Plus her mom was a master swimmer, and that sort of thing gets passed down.
Jessica did most of her social developing in California so yes she swims, and surfs and sails.
Hank used to swim but stopped when his feet really started developing. I'm sure he'll pick it up again once he goes furry.
I can't imagine Palamedes grew up learning how to swim but picked it up in his adulthood after traveling by boat to Britain.
I'm also having trouble believing Thalia knows how to swim. Her learning would take effort on her mom's part, and once she ran away, she wouldn't have had the time.
ETA: D'oh! I forgot Andrea. I think she didn't learn to swim until the Academy and had a hard time learning. I think she sees it as a practical skill and doesn't get people who do it for fun.
