There's an idiot on the practice range.

Autor has made himself some homemade grenades, using common household materials (charcoal + sulfur + salt peter found in the greenhouse = gunpowder). He doesn't intend to do any real damage with these, but he is experimenting with them.

I've pinged some of you about it already, but I figured I'd cover my butt. :) If this is an arrest-able offense, cool! I figured he'd fight the law (and have the law win) sooner or later!
