plot progress announcements

Milliways' summer ice skating party post will be up later at 2:30 CDT no, wait, later than that because I am poor at timing. *cough* Come join us... eventually!

And it's up! Sorry about the time confusion.

Additionally, we're also hard at work on the handcuffs plot, and will announce a tentative date for that soon. Keep your eyes peeled!
