Enjolras is a sober, addiction-avoiding person... who probably is nonetheless pretty caffeine-addicted thanks to being a person who avoids alcohol and likes coffee. This was true in life and it's true at Milliways.

He could cut back and make the decaf switch fairly easily if he had any cause to do so, now that he lives in a place where decaf actually exists. It'd take... well, long-term health issues are sort of irrelevant, but if Joly or Combeferre was really seriously worried he'd probably be willing to do it for their sake. But if he realized it was a physical addiction instead of just "oh hey, I'll have a fourth cup, sure," he'd make the effort to get un-addicted on general principles. (But if he had to actually drop coffee entirely, decaf included, he'd quietly hate it. He likes coffee! It's his habitual drink of choice! Then he'd stifle that because he made a choice for reasons, okay.)

Cosette: No. She's got habits, but nothing addictive.

Kazul: Mmmmmostly no. She'd really hate to give up her horde-- I mean, library. She could do it, but she'd be in a towering foul mood for a long while.

Thor: Like Cosette, habits, but nothing addictive. The quantity of alcohol he drinks is pretty standard for his subculture of his society, and there's no physical addiction because Asgardian metabolisms are like that.

Trowa: Is a ridiculous control freak who carefully limits his consumption of anything including coffee so that he never gets addicted but continues to know exactly what the metabolic effect on his body is. Caffeine is a useful mild stimulant under certain circumstances! He's got a fairly good idea of what some other drugs of various sorts (not recreational, but stimulants or painkillers or whatever) do to him too, because this is what working with mad scientists in an anime war gets you.

River: Not in the sense this question is asking. There are medications it'd be a bad idea for her to just up and stop, for one reason or another, but she takes those for good reason.
