Lesgle had hair!!! If I have my math right, ten would be before his dad got the post office job that pushed the family along the path to owning a house and land; his family is poor but he was always a likable little smartass and they put a bunch of their resources into getting him educated, hoping for good scholarships. Honestly, he's much what you'd expect: bright, funny, good-natured, cheerful, sarcastic but not in an unkind way.

Feuilly by my backstory has just started working for a sign-painter. He's on his way to becoming who he is: teaching himself to read and write, trying to absorb as much as he can of the world. He and kid!Valjean are in very much the same place at this age, really: peasant orphans with only a very little bit of a safety net. But Feuilly is lucky enough to bump into some life skills that Valjean doesn't access.

Hal is probably not such an asshole yet? Like, ten is a pretty okay age for him! He's getting a high-end medieval education, learning how to be a baby duke. In a couple of years, everything's going to get really weird for him, with his father getting exiled and then dispossessed and eventually usurping the throne, but at ten? He probably gets along just great with his dad! ...and uh, as with Harry Percy, the whole killing-people-in-battle thing is still a matter of theoretical education.
