Tess: That time she got kidnapped by pirates, that time she got bombed by guerrillas, that time she was kidnapped and tortured by aliens, that other time she was kidnapped and tortured by aliens, that time her father tried to cut her heart out, all those times her adopted father abused her.
Cisco: Ideas. All of them. For things that he's going to build. For things he can improve. For things that would be super awesome if only he could build them. And life's mysteries like who would win in a fight, the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man or a gigantified Pillsbury Dough Boy.
Kay: It doesn't necessarily keep him from sleep, but worrying about if and when Cassian might die preoccupies his circuits.
Barry: The world on his shoulders. From his dad in prison and his mom's unsolved murder to Joe and Iris and his friends. Central City and the bad metahumans out there. What he can do to help, what he can't do, what he's failed to do. The increasing push to become faster so that he can save everyone.
Ramped up energy is also a constant from him, so sometimes it's just the need for motion that keeps him from turning in and has him out there running instead.
Matt: The pain of his city. Being able to hear all of the sirens, the cries for help, the drunken arguments, the fear and misery. These are the things that drive him to forgo sleep and head out into the night to try and change at least some of it. It's also why he works so hard at his day job and skips sleep for late nights in the office.
When he's not preoccupied with those things, aches and pains will sometimes keep him up. Thoughts of his dad. Internal struggles with his religion. Sometimes the 'noise' of the city, not just sounds, but scents, tastes, rumbles that are "loud" enough to stick out of the usual background thrum.
Basically, Matt never sleeps.
Logan: The past, although not as much as it used to. Saving the world. Putting up with bullshit.
Hellboy: Infomercials. His cats. Sometimes thinking about his father, or Liz. Old movies on late night television.
On more positive notes Khadgar can be kept up by research or by trying to figure out how a new spell should work. On the negative side of things, research to try and figure out how to defeat something or someone. Worry that he won't be clever enough or strong enough to do so. And there is always a part of him that worries about falling to corruption. It happens a lot in Azeroth lore and there's so many ways to fall... He actually gets a short addressing this in his (not near) future.
Gabriel worries that humanity isn't going to find a way out of the Crisis, though this has been significantly lessened by his talk with Bastion. He worries he won't be good enough to get the job done. He worries about what it's going to take to get the job done. And on a more practical level, pain keeps him up a lot recently too.
Cassian: Various worries about the state of the Rebellion, what he's done, what he's going to do, plans with ins and outs for when something goes wrong and if he does sleep, nightmares and memories are there.
Charles: What might happen for mutants, his students, if Erik and Raven are okay.
Quentin: Toby, his parents, Raj, what new horrible thing will happen next.
Sameth: What's going to happen next to the Old Kingdom, ideas for things to make.
William: Worry for his brother and mother, calculating all the needs for the ranch.
Will S.: Not as much as used to but worry for Nottingham is always there.
Moist: He actually sleeps pretty solidly though if he's in the midst of a job, that concern of when he might be caught is there.
Ivan: Concern for his family, what's Miles up to now.
Sleeping is semi-optional for omnics, at least Bastion's generation. They can enter a power-saving sleep mode in which they're essentially unconscious, which can be done intentionally to charge faster or unintentionally if they exhaust their battery and outpace their fuel supply's ability to recharge it. It's not a required part of regular operation, although it probably saves wear and tear on their power supply. Omnics also don't really have dreams while they sleep, good or bad.
This is convenient, because Bastion doesn't like sleeping. At all. It makes them too vulnerable.
Eriond: Doesn't need sleep. If he's up he wants to be.
Lois: excitement or nerves or homework, usually. For the moment.
Evelyn: bad dreams, waiting on someone else's Harrowing.
R2: N/A
Anakin: war, horrible dreams about either the past or the future
Tavi: work (which thankfully isn't usually fighting these days), bad dreams (some memory, some precog, some just bad dreams), baby waking up and needing feeding, sometimes wrestling with deep philosophical questions about the future of the Realm and he doesn't even have Alera to talk to about it anymore and he hates to keep Kitai up. Alas.

Ahsoka: I'm going with the war, worry for Anakin, worry she's messing up with Anakin and failing to be a good jedi.
Sabine: [redacted for spoilers], artistic inspiration, worry she shouldn't be trusting Hera and Kanan as much as she should.
Izana: Currently, pain. Otherwise, worry over the gauna and humanity's chance of survival, and whether Nagate likes them romantically or not.
I'll see if any of my others speak up later.

I know responses are meant to be a bit more substantive than this, but she isn't currently volunteering any more on the subject.
