Just a quick update, in that I've moved the application process from the first 11 days of every month to...just outright open enrollment. 
Please allow 14 days from submission for me to process your submissions. 

Also, while I've got your attention, when you get a mo', could you check both the Cast List and Contact List for accuracy and presentation.
