"No, sir," Rae interrupted, quietly feeling entirely out of her depth but kept aloft by the anger simmering in her chest (and the gratitude for Aimil's research skills), "the Privacy Act of 1994 specifically outlawed audio surveillance of private individuals without their prior knowledge, which is why the audio record of a publicly appointed official acting in their professional capacity will be admissible, and why I'm sure evidence item three will be of great interest to you, as those Special Other Forces audio receivers were collected from my bakery and my car."
