I'm packing the last of my bits and pieces to go and spend the weekend in a field at a music festival with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
war_monger, and would like to give an encouraging hug/manly handshake to all and sundry. I advise you all to make the most of the lull in melodrama hopefully brought about by the absence of Milliway's resident histrionic demon, because I intend to raise hell when I come back (pun fully intended).
This is kind of like what I imagine it must be like for parents who are watching their kid go away for their first sleepover or something.
Drink safely, try not to let my angel pine away, look both ways when crossing the street, and, for my sake, please try to avoid ThreadZillas (ThreadZillae?)*.
*Yes, yes, I know, pot, kettle, black, etc, etc...
