OK, I posted this question when I subbed a DE about three years ago, so have no qualms about using it again.. PLOT. What plots would you love to see? What have you had in the back of your mind for years, but never got around to organising? What do you think would just be excellent crack, whether feasible or not?

I'm not talking stuff that you definitely want to make happen, I'm talking stuff-of-dreams. Though hey, if you have an idea that other people want to run with, so much the better! For my part, I still yearn for a midsummer elf invasion, a la pterry's Lords and Ladies. That would be some awesome fun, with kidnappings and iron and blood and someone wielding an axe while wearing a wedding dress, and whatnot.

Also, Lego plot. I need to get back on that idea.

So, what do you think M'ways? If players and pups were no option, what would you like to see?

Recently, I've imagined a manga magic girl plot, something like Cube Fall, but everyone's clothing suddenly becomes very Sailor Moon-esk. I blame this artist lovely work in turning Marvel heroines into magic girls.

And yes, part of this crack is imagining Gene or Javert in the clothing of Tuxedo mask. =p

I am just imaging Gene in something Edwardian with lots of lace, or Javert in something with lots of ribbons, and cracking up.

Of course, my own manly men are giving me the side eye. Too bad I don't play Ben Grimm any longer if this becomes a plot. ; p

It would have to affect the character as well -- not just the clothes, the behaviour as well. I should do that to my most serious characters -- Hannibal, or Father Harman. Dorian would just take it and run with it, and Teja would roll his eyes and hide in his room, and Pyrrha and Egil would giggle at him.

Perhaps someone could find a few youtube links for how magic people usually act in these types of manga/anime? This way, those who aren't familiar with them can play as well.

This Sailor Senshi doll maker might be of use for such a plot. (The creator has plans for an upgraded version with more options but it seems to be stuck in development limbo at the moment.)

I screencapped but while I was making another one I realized almost all the doll makers on the site have a download option that saves the doll/scene as a jpeg with a watermark.

.jpeg's are totally inappropriate for line drawings, especially ones drawn up in flash >.< but that is just my bit of nerd quibbling.
