reposted, 'cos oops.
Anthy hasn't been having a good week. In case she's been making even less sense than usual -- I know I was getting confused -- here is a basic timeliney summary of her descent into Further Madness.
lord_of_dreams gives Anthy a nightmare. She wakes up and enters the bar, where Luna unknowingly (IC, at least *sticks out tongue*) triggers more trauma. Anthy has what is for her a pretty impressive breakdown, and admits that she is not, in fact, heartless. Hob asks Dream to stop with the nightmares, and Dream, the ever-obliging, stops her dreams entirely. Hob comforts Anthy.
For about thirty hours Anthy refuses to sleep again, but she does have a conversation with Moiraine that ends in a mild freak-out. It is the first of many.
Of course, no REM makes emotional health a joke. First Anthy acts like a zombie. She has another mild freak-out that in turn causes Aslan to have a little freak-out of his own.
Anthy becomes suspicious about the undigested state of her brain, and asks Hob about Dream. Dream is (a) not around, and (b) very, very angry with Hob, so nothing is done. Anthy begins to go insane, and Hob puts her to bed.
In a conversation with Ophelia, she gets violent. Her rather questionable mental state has evidently made her stupider than usual, beause she throws her drink at Desire. Desire is miffed.
Okay, I was going to continue onto her actual breakdown and the happy ending (hah), but am tired. Will do that tomorrow.
ETA: Parts are out of order, too. I am too lazy for chronology.
