Suggestion Thingers
Posting with Virginia as Harper does not have backroom access yet.
Some ideas were thrown around by various people in Crackchat, and so I agreed to gather them up and post them for everyone, for other pup-ly and modly approval.
Idea 1: A Machine Shop.
There are many techy types that have rooms so thoroughly crammed with scientific junk that they have to sleep standing up. Could perhaps a large empty room be discovered where the technologically inclined of the bar could set up shop? It would be great to have a place for scientific types to share technology and ideas and blow stuff up together. Already, I--Harper-mun, Cam--Ray's mun, and Hemo--Duo's mun, are drooling over the idea of a place for our three pups to putter about and tinker, and more would most certainly be welcome.
Idea 2: A movie theater. Or at least a room with a wallscreen.
Many pups at Milliways watch movies and it'd be nice for them to have a big screen to see them on. And perhaps a popcorn maker in the corner. Perhaps with a projector room that has equipment to play any tape, DVD, holo, reel, or other such device that exists. This would also perhaps allow pup-made movies to be shared, such as Mrs. Frizzle's Excellent Adventures (of a Scientific Nature) or The Littlest Sarlaac.
Idea 3: A Med Deck.
I hear tell that Barry-mun has an idea for an on-call med team. It would perhaps be beneficial for them to have a place to practice medicine, with beds and proper equipment (most likely "borrowed" from several respective worlds).
Idea 4: Emergency Exits.
For what emergency, I don't know. They would lead to corn fields or something.
...Look, that one was Becca's alright? Don't look at me. I don't get it either.
So, now for the clamoring of many opinions? Are these good ideas? Bad ideas? Mods, what do you think? Who else would want to make use of things such as a machine shop? Ticky-box? Wildebeest?

However! Mark would -love- to show his movie. And perhaps even the movie he made of the bar.
