Background on Ishamael’s actions during the Memento and Zombie plots:

Ishamael (under the guise of Rhalen Lyngar) pretended to be Shelley’s friend, and betrayed her in a most cruel fashion.

Now for actual Plot:

Act I: Man in Black, Snow White Horse

Chapter 1: The Return of Elan Morin
Without further ado, Ishamael comes back to Milliways, and is spotted by Barty Crouch. They chat briefly before deciding that they must speak again. This bodes bad things.

Chapter 2: A Wake for Shelley Winters
Shelley has a Ba’alzamon dream that brings up some old demons.

Chapter 3:Another Tackleford
Shelley has a terrifying Ba’alzamon dreams with references to the Mirrors of the Wheel. She meets the mysterious Man in Black who desires her help.

Chapter 4: A Dying World
The Man in Black shows Shelley Winters his world, and she agrees to meet him in person. She also learns of Barty.

Chapter 5: The Man in Black
In the climax of Act I, Shelley Winters discovers the identity of the Man in Black.

As a side note, there are several other threads that the mun could not conveniently find. Barty decides to go with Ishamael to his place, where he reads. A lot.

Act II: The Second Age

Chapter 1: A Chance Meeting
Shelley, quite literally, runs into a musician by the name of Joar Sedai.

Chapter 2: Dealings with Ishamael
Shelley attempts to cut a bargain with her nemesis Elan Morin.

Chapter 3: A Visit to Lady Ilacia
Joar helps Shelley purchase a dress. Lady Ilacia complicates matters immensely. Shelley receives and invitation to Joar’s concert.

Joar and Shelley talk afterwards and she chooses not to tell him of his past.

Ishamael takes Shelley to Shayol Ghul where she nearly falls into the clutches of the mad scientist, Ishar Sedai.

Chapter 10: Lady Ilacia Strikes Back!
Shelley learns a lot about living and a little about love from Lady Ilacia. She decides to meet Joar at 7:00 that night.

Chapter 11 This Fated Hour
The Climax of Act II. It defies summarizing.

A Sidenote: What happened to Barty? (besides his mun going on vacation)
Ishamael learned of the conversation between Barty and Shelley (most likely by reading Shelley’s mind), and decided that it would be best to leave Barty at home. This may or may not be played out through millitime.

So, Barty is minding Chez Ishamael while the master is away.
