Calling all opinionated bastards!
A plot in the works requires me to have a great deal of knowledge about what other characters think of Hob. So, if your character has an opinion of Hob, positive or negative (hopefully I'll get a lot of both), I'd really appreciate it if you could leave me a brief note in the comments detailing what it is, and preferably from whence it stems. The more detailed the better! It will be put to good (or maybe nefarious) use soon. *eg*
Thanks in advance!

Mostly Regulus thinks Hob is a misanthropic bastard who's got some seriously mixed-up priorities, is a bit insane, and has been hurt. And also he thinks he can be terribly sweet, though cynical, and that maybe now he's got a cat he'll start being less snarky. (And I don't know if that's positive or negative, really. Sorry!)

Liz is a bit more complicated. She doesn't especially like Hob for the insults he hurled at her, and how he treated Peter. But she does feel sorry for him, and would probably give him another chance if he acted at least civilly towards her. So not neutral, really. More like a negative view, tempered with the possibility of transition to a more positive view.
I can try to go into more details with these, but I don't have time at the moment. Feel free to IM me at CivilAsAnOrange if you'd like me to expand.

Um... both would be good; I suppose I'll have to sort of mix them. I think they would both be involved. Hmmm.

I could be more helpful if I knew what it was for. :D
Michael doesn't know Hob, but hates him anyway on principle. Too much talky, not enough smashy. And he thinks he's so clever.

Captain Jack thinks he's a rude bastard and not worth his time or effort.

Oh, lord, Hob was terribly rude to Jack at one point, wasn't he? I would like to apologize on behalf of him, even if he'd be too proud to take it back. XD

OOC: No worries. :) It did make total sense IC for Hob to do that at the time, actually, and was taken accordingly.

Hoo boy.
Morpheus thinks Hob is a man who has somehow undergone a complete personality change, and not in a good way. He remembers being friends with Hob Gadling, but this Hob Gadling is so far from what Morpheus remembers that he is dismayed by it. At times, he hates Hob; for wishing him back into death, for repeatedly shoving Dream away, for his betrayal.

Although Barbie has never actually met Hob, it's safe to say she sees him as a sad, pitifully ugly man. *smacks Barbie upside the head*

QX - Belgarath out.

Of course, all that's kinda immaterial at the moment...

Seriously, though, Lyra really hasn't seen Hob on a bad day, so she's not really bothered by him yet. If you want her to be bothered by him, we can arrange that. See you tomorrow night. :)

Raph's thoughts?
Wow, what a miserable bastard.
