Comfortzilla summary!
Nita posts a notice about Asmodean's death, before retreating to the bar with tea (because tea heals all wounds) to wait for people to talk to her.
The first person, unluckily for her, is Ramon Salazar, who is thoroughly unsympathetic. Nita tries to ignore him, and is saved -- sort of -- when Yrael arrives to express his condolences, and freak out Ramon. Turns out Ramon's got an ulterior motive -- he wants to know what the mark Asmodean left on him is. When he asks her to remove it, she is singularly unhelpful. Unhelpful, in fact, to the point of telling him off. Ramon leaves. Yrael is is tactless. Nita and Yrael have a brief discussion of tea, vs. coffee, which reminds Nita that she needs to talk to Meg. Yrael expresses his condolences again, with some understated sweetness, and leaves.
Behrooz approaches to say sorry, and he and Nita are fairly awkward at each other for a good long time, until Behrooz changes the subject and announces that he's going home. Nita wishes she could help, and mentions that he could always stay at Milliways if he needs to. Behrooz misinterprets slightly, which leads to more awkwardness. Nita hopes that Behrooz will make it back, nonetheless, and he gives his condolences again before the thread fades.
Tony is also not in such good shape. Nita stops by to check on him, but he's uncommunicative. After making her usual offer of "I'll listen," she tells him about Asmodean. Condolences are offered, and the thread fades.
Despite her injury, Shelley's in the bar, and comes to check on Nita. Turns out Shelley's having trouble dealing with it herself, and Nita offers what comfort she can. They discuss Asmodean, ranging from his Healing of Shelley, to what he was like before he fell. Shelley tells Nita about visiting the Second Age, and they end up comforting each other.
Jack comes over to check on his Millidaughter. When he mentions the link, Nita breaks down a little. They discuss Asmodean's music, and what Nita might do with it. (Either slowtimed or faded)
Malcolm, upon seeing the note, offers a toast to Asmodean, which Nita joins in. They introduce themselves, and Malcolm offers to listen if she needs to talk.
