In Which Crichton Gets What He Needs, And Meets An Old Friend
Crichton's evening begins with recognizing someone he spoke to yesterday. Discussions ensue, in which Crichton laments his financial situation and Angie gives him a Brilliant Idea.. He's treated to a magic show, obtaining an oxygen tank and, after unsuccessfully trying to figure out from Angie what he can give her in return, a warm sleeping bag (minds out of the gutter, folks, neither of them are in the sleeping bag.)
Crichton starts to say goodbye, but decides he's in no hurry to leave. Small talk ensues, and Crichton gets a goodnight kiss on the cheek. He starts heading for bed, and has a short conversation with Raph.
Unable to sleep, he returns a few hours later to find an old friend at the bar. A friend who is a year older than he remembered, however, and time-space confusion ensues. Crichton's worries are alleviated, and, after helping out a stranger, he and Chiana head for bed. Not together. *grumbles about gutter minds*

Crichton shields his eyes quickly. "Whoa, Chiana, warn me when you're going to do that, alright?"
