You know it occurs to me, considering no less than three people in two nights have expessed the wish to go home, that Sirius is awfully lucky. He hates his Topside home and lives in the bar, so he is always home. When he's having a bad day he wants to go to the lake. :D More people should go to lakes when they're having bad days.
I swear I'm not high, though I know it sounds like it.
A reminder that we do have a map of Milliways' layout, which can be found here. It's not precisely to scale -- I feel so awful using paintshop but I haven't got access to decent CAD programs -- and the greenhouse is still in the wrong place, but otherwise it's as complete as I can make it. Players, if we've added anything recently, please let me know so that I can include it.
Okay, the non Crowley Trauma related stuff first:
Sirius checks up on Door and, to everyone's shock and amazement, actually tells Riddle thanks, in a roundabout way.
The Artist Formerly Known as Joe has an interesting conversation with Fleur, in which she crushes him like a little itty bug. This features the two lines which have made me truly love Fleur: 1. "I do not need a penis. I have choice of many already." and 2. "It iz alright to be a little evil."
Cordelia tries to understand how Milliways works; Sirius blames the Landlord, mostly. Meanwhile, he hires Bernard as a bartender and bouncer, although he does say Bernard only has to bounce the puny ones. Later, Bernard takes over as bartender and brings Crowley ice, thus proving him to be a reliable sort of soul even if he does like to blow things up.
The Not So Wicked I Guess Cos I Haven't Read "Wicked" Witch Of The East would like a drink without water in it, and gets a room for the night.
Hamlet and Sirius duel in pentameter over the honour of Lady Kassandra, who is getting down with her Dactylic self in the meantime. Then they do it again as Sirius explains Milliways. Rosencrantz and Guildenstern show up and Sam makes oral sex jokes while Hamlet flees.
The Crowley Thread:
The backstory: An angel died, Sirius thought it was dead, Crowley and Aziraphael sacrificed everything to bring it back to life; Aziraphael absorbed a little Demon-ness, went nuts, and has now run away. Meanwhile, the angel has turned to stone. Sirius had only a hazy idea of what happened with the angel, and has no clue why it's stone. As someone put it, "All that effort and they end up with a garden gnome."
Crowley suddenly grabs Sirius and starts shouting at him about watching the angel, which makes no sense to Sirius for a while. Sirius retorts that it's not his job to babysit the clientele and that Crowley shouldn't blame Sirius because Aziraphael ran away, since Sirius had very little clue what was going on.
Bernard tries to stop them, which makes Fleur hot, and they run away to make out, which is very IC really.
Kassandra, who is watching the boys shout at each other, flips the fuck out. Bad ooc jokes are made about maths. Moiraine tries to help her but just wibs her further, while Sirius, who is attempting to comfort her, gets scratched. Kassandra vanishes.
Note for the newbies: This is the second time Kassandra has disappeared from the bar; the last time was when Crowley, who was having a Demonic Night, reminded her of the day Troy fell and Aiax raped her. It took her a day or two to get back, and three or four more in bed to recover, which led to her involvement with Sirius, since it was his bed.
Crowley, who is just about to wib out himself, finds a quiet table. Sirius then wins the "I'm the only mortal to ever survive punching Crowley in the head and all I got was three broken fingers" award, and after a swim in the lake, goes to bed where he discovers Kassandra has already returned and is passed out/sleeping.
Nothing is rather explicity sexual except Fleur, who always is. *winks at Fleur-mun*

The pentameter duel? I bow to both of your mad wordweaving skillz.
Dude, you punched Crowley? WOW.

(Pentameter so eeeezy. The natural rhythm of English is pentameter, did you know?)
Hee. I owe Crowley-mun for letting me do that. I was like PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE....

Wicked Witch of the West. ;) And how her wickedness is...sorta up for debate. Ahem.
And...you haven't read Wicked?! Read. Now. Go read. *nodnod*

I've heard Wicked is good, and that it redeemed her a bit, but I haven't had the opportunity to lay my hands on a copy and I tend not to like metacommentary novels on childhood favourites....
