Um, for clarity's sake, because I'm slightly confused -- Crowley lost his eyes. Does that mean he's now blind? Or does it mean he has different eyes now? Or was it just temporary, like the burnt hands?

Also, Peter -- do you want to work a plotline about Sirius trying to help Peter bring his magic back? Or have you got a Cunning Plan? :D

Well actually, I was originally working on the premise that the massive amounts of holy energy in the air, I dunno, burnt out his retinas or something, but somewhere along the line, that seems to have turned into his eyes getting burned out completely. But, you know, whatever. *shrugs* In any case, they healed back up within a few hours, so it's all good.

Well, the burnt hands were temporary thanks to burn-healing paste from the Potterverse (yes, it's canonical, I checked the Lexicon, and it appears in GoF) and healing spells from Tonks, who dropped out of the chain of power early enough so that she didn't overstrain her magic. Peter also applied burn-healing paste around Crowley's eyes, and they were starting to grow back--enough so that Crowley could distinguish shapes and outlines--when Liz returned to Milliways. So at this point, I think that Crowley has new snakelike eyes, indistinguishable from the old ones.

Peter has numerous problems at the moment, but these are the main two: a) his magic was drained and he doesn't know if it's ever coming back; and, b) thanks to exposure to pure demonic power and said demonic power's ability to stimulate Peter's own darkness, there's a very real possibility that Peter could jump off the redemption train and give in to evil...losing his soul in the process.

I'm talking over how to deal with the second aspect with Moiraine-mun, but I had not settled on a way to bring his magic back. So yes, please, I'd like to work out a plotline.

I don't know if you want to talk it over here in the backroom or in e-mails--if you prefer the latter, my e-mail is Farquar306@aol.com. (Which you could find by going to the Milliways' Directory or by going to the user info for this LJ or for my main one, but I thought I'd save you the trouble.)

Oh! Yes, Peter can definitely ask Sirius if he could check and see if he (Sirius) could find out if Peter's magic is gone for good, and if not, if Sirius could bring it back.

Friday is fine, and if you need to stretch out for a few days due to jet lag, we can do that too.

I like the idea of the repression thing. A LOT. That would be very interesting.
