(no subject)

I move on Sunday. My DSL will not be hooked up for a while, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to play regularly, or even at all. Then, on the... 6th, I think, I leave for Maine for two weeks, where I'm pretty sure I won't have any sort of internet connection whatsoever.

So. Three weeks. No Milliways. This makes me full of sad.

I need my characters to have reasons to leave. I have plotted with Tom-mun for Door and Tom and Ingress to go away on a vacation-y thing, because of all the Issues Door Is Having, but it would be fantastic if Door could have another issue or two before Sunday. Ophelia needs to have a complete mental breakdown, after which she will retreat to a tiny grotto on the other side of the lake for a few weeks, and I will allow Fleur-mun to God her.

Sooo anyone feel like contributing to either of those? Crowley and Aziraphael and Lucifer could all screw with Door's head... Fleur, Hamlet, Thom with Ophelia? That's just my thinking straight off - reply here, or IM me at Miraielle, or email at miraielle @ yahoo dot com.

Also, Dream? Want to come up with anything for either of them?

I do not want to leeeeeave....

Ah, no! You have to go :((.

Well (as you may have noticed), Luna hasn't been around much, and anyway is very loyal to your character anyways, so there isn't much she can do to Fuck Her Shit Up, except... not be around. *shrugs and laughs*

You're coming to Maine? :( Sucks to be you.

Anthy could try to help with the Ophelia breakdown.

(I'd sympathize with you, but the very thought of three weeks' absence is too scary to contemplate. Wah.)

Hurray for crazy flower girls. :D

[set_iamb OFF]

You say that like it's a bad thing. :-)

Hamlet ought to be able to cook up something to send 'Phelia at least partway around the bend by the time she has to skip town. For a start, just to take an instance, he didn't show up tonight to get started proving his love and winning her heart. That had to be a big ol' unsurprising disappointment. (The fact that it's a direct result of my crazy-ass schedule is just an extra bonus.)

He is a bit of a bastard, isn't he. :-)

He's familiar with loss, fortunately. And we just won't tell him that it's my fault he missed an opportunity to get laid ...

Crowley could probably give Door more Issues through sheer incompetence, but he's promised Tom that he'll not come near you again. Feel free to come up and scream at him though.

Waah! Three week absence! Gonna miss Door.

Hrm. Snow was looking forward to the slumber party, and I thought of delaying going into labour until after, but three weeks . . . You'll be here till Sunday, tho, right?

[identity profile] fairest1.livejournal.com 2004-07-28 05:31 pm (UTC)(link)
Hmmm . . . I figure she'll likely just decide she needs a break from Milliways, get away from annoying etherial/occult beings, probably get some progress done on the whole following her father's dream thing, think things over, and come back calm and collected, at which point the various inhabitents can be given a second chance and the slumber party can be scheduled. But that's just my thoughts, and I'm on about half-sleep lately, so let me know if this came off as incoherent rambling. *shakes head to clear it and grabs the highest caffene-content item in the house*

We understand; no one wants you to have to jam it in with your last-minute plot details that MUST result in your quick departure; just add a footnote to the announcement that you need some time off, and the slumber party will be postponed; don't worry, my parents' utter ban on Milliways once school starts has been amended to allow for 'Milliways Nights'.

Now to just coordinate things with the other school refugees. I think that weekends will be most agreeable for all who need negotiation tactics.

I think I can do something.

I have a couple dreams to advance, but I should have at least one of your ladies involved in nightmares most foul by, say, Friday.

Nightmare up.

Morden's always up for messing with people's heads, you know.

(And, ahem, don't tell Door but there's no way in the world Morden's going to be able to keep from trying to appeal to the ambition of a certain Former Evil Dark Lord. Not that he'll *get* anywhere, but hey.)

Got stuck writing a paper that didn't want to write itself tonight (the last one of my college career) and missed Peter having an Evil crisis. Darn. :)
