I'm not really here! Lalala, can't make me play, lalala. Oh, damn, now I want to...damn crack.
Anyway, part of the reason I am gone is 'cause I must play with the parentals, namely the mother figure. And, as we are a very geeky family, the mother and I bonded over book shopping.
I am now the proud owner of:
Good Omens
The Still Life with Woodpecker
Oscar Wilde play collection
Jane Austin collection
Two Wolverine comics
A Hellboy comic and the lovely DVD (mmm, shiny)
A Gambit/Wolverine adventure which isn't that kind of slash. (Do we have a Gambit yet? We need one. I've decided. I am not thinking about doing it myself. I'm not. Damnit, I'm not. ... I'm thinking about it, fine. Can't make me!)
BUT! That's not the real reason I'm posting, though all this money spending is all your collective faults.
Check out counter boy now known as Super Geek Boy(SGB):
*looks curiously at collection of books*
*to himself* Ah, a Milliways collection... *to me* aren't you a little young for these?
Me: !!! I mean, Milliways? What? I'm 20, thank you!
SGB: Oh, it's this role playing game. I thought you might follow it from this (holds up the Woodpecker and Good Omens).
Me: Um...maybe?
SGB: REALLY?! BEST. THING. EVER. *quiet and secret like* You play in it don't you?
Me: *doesn't think he will believe little twelve looking little me is Fleur-mun* Um...no?
SGB: EEEEEE! *fanboys* Tell them I love them and *all secret like* I promise I won't tell anyone you're Elizabeth.
Me: !!! Thanks? *runs away with books never to return to that store again*
So, Elizabeth-mun now has the right to say she's me, I think. I just thought I would share the fact that apparently people read us, buy the books, and we're kinda popular. And, Super Geek Boy, please don't be upset by this. Even though you thought I was twelve, you did make my day. I have told them of your love. *pats and gives virtual cookies*
That was mostly likely one of the top five weirdest but some how pleasant exiperences of my life.

*in spooky voice* Join us, Super Geek Boy. Join us. You will love the game. You will breathe the game. The game shall breathe through you. Allow the game to seep into your body. Do not resist. The game loves you.

THAT is so much fun. Priceless, wonderful fun. Let's hear it for Milliways!
And SGB, where are you? Come out and play!

*goggles* Why did he think you were Liz?
Although if I must share an identity with someone, I think you're a lovely candidate for the position. ;)

Only someone who'd never spoken to you would think you incapable of being Fleur. We know better. *grins*
Aw, thanks! *blushes* Liz doesn't mind being confused for you, either. Your Fleur is absolutely wonderful.

Oh dear random-etherial-being.
I've already made plans to take advantage of my brother's cool uber-fast connection during my visit and download a bunch of various shows that various beings have drawn me into, as well as some books - more on that later, as I intend to do a post on it.
