Okay, so some people have offered to help Lincoln and Jordan take down the Institute when they go back to their own 'verse. As I remember, the list of volunteers included ladys_choice, and_far_away, lt_naraht and... that might be it, as far as actually going back through the Door with them. (If anyone else decides they want in, then no worries, the more the merrier!)

Here's the thing: the four Island-mods could only just work out getting an escape thread scheduled (Tuesday night, for the interested). It may be that we have to come back for you all, which actually works better. That would give them more time to plan, especially since they'll have knowledge of their world by then.

On another note -- the position of bounty hunter is still open. If your pup is up for a field trip to a futuristic-but-recognizable L.A., with license to track down two clones at any cost, please comment here, email me -- fangirlitis[at]gmail -- or ping me on AIM at acroBAMF. Thanks!

She'll have to respond to discreet inquiries, is how it will work, since there's no business allowed in the Bar. And there will be Consequences if word of the deal ever gets out. Just so's you know.

I read the post. Yes Amanda can be a team player. You just need to let me know when and where she needs to be to recieve the inquires. She is friends with Naraht, if that helps any.

Mary Anne is definitely up for some gratuitous violence helping out. Now that's she's actually met Lincoln--and is aware that people want him whacked--she can always catch up with him when he comes back.

Naraht is definately up for this. But timing might be interesting. I'm about to bring he/she up to date in canon now that I've finally read _The Romulan Way_ and I'd really like to have Naraht come back to Milliways in a fit of guilts over some necessary deaths at his/her figurative hand in that book (which will be the first kills the Horta has made if I don't read anything different in _My Enemy, My Ally_ which I'm rushing through as we speak). So, if you need Naraht before the Horta goes home again, we're gonna need some careful plotting. :)

Phrases like that make me purr. :-D So, if I might just get this straight -- Naraht will have made kills before the assault on the Institute, and thus will go into the attack with angst&woe&innerconflict? Or after, so said guilt can come from what happens at the Institute?

It depends on how quickly I can get Naraht 'up to canon' as it were. Having a Starfleet officer's training, I believe Naraht can compartmentalize any angst/conflict in order to get the job done...but it will probably tear him/her up later.

And, of course, if Naraht finds out what's really going on at the Institute, he/she will probably plow down any Institute personel who get in his/her way without thought...until after the adrenaline-equivalent wears off. ;)

I read this just last night and was to tired to answer, sorry. And I'm in trouble. I volunteered Christian for the Other plot and so there will be no Christian at all when it takes place- in about a week??- but he will have the shape of Satine for about two weeks. And after that, he will be too shattered to do something. I don't know how to make it all work out, but I'll try.

Hopefully we'll be able to get the whole thing done quickly, since the Other plot is affecting some other players too. I guess we'll just have to play it by ear?

Also, I had a dream last night that made me want to app the Duke, though I can't remember why...
