I'm trying to think of something Morden could bring Door as a good faith (ha) gesture. (Islington's head in a box? :))

Also, is Tom-mun (Vivien?) at all willing for Tom to be (at least momentarily) tempted back to the Dark Side?

And, Moraine? Whenever Morden's in the bar, there are Shadows somewhere near him.
Most people can't see them, and I don't know your canon, but it seems like there's some potential for drama there.

While Door would love you, I'm wary of killing of a canon character like that, in case somebody wants to play him, someday.

Vivien it is ;) Hmmm... you know, I was just poking Tom about atonement and his Dark magic issues, and he stuck his fingers in his ears and said "la la la la, just let me make Door happy, pleeeeeease"

I'm afraid I don't know Babylon 5 canon, but I agree with you that we've got some potential here, because Moiraine has Issues with things of Shadow, particularly ones that interfere with her cause. She also has the ability to sense evil things/evil in people (if she's looking for it, anyway -- I've been playing that ability down a bit here at Milliways). Let's trade some backstory and see what we can figure out, if you want.
