I think the Milliways info page needs fine print, at this point. Something along the lines of

Warning: Side effects include insomnia, fatigue, mood swings, obsessive behavior, and severe addiction in 100% of test subjects.

Edit: Oops, used severe twice in there. Is fixed, now.

I have been up since 9 pm Saturday night. It is now 6:30 pm Sunday evening. Granted, I'm doing other things at the same time, but I can't make myself get off and go to sleep.

How about "Make sure to schedule a couple extra hours to get caught up on the activities while you were sleeping before you feel caught up enough to start. If living at home, expect lectures from parents about sleeping habits."
