Query - is 'somewhat living' meaning like that mechanical owl from Clash of the Titans, or "just a tiny bit smarter than the average AIM bot"?

Either way, I think both my charas are a bit interested.

Er... well, never seen Clash of the Titans so I'm not sure, they're still clockwork, but work on their own.

The dragon has gotten a bit of an attitude, hisses at people, rides around on Adric's shoulder, carries a basket to help collect silverware for washing.

So... uh... yeah... *shrug* semi-malliable really, if you want them to be able to run errands, little tiny ones I'm sure they could, they can follow simple instructions, but don't know that they'll think on their own too much.
