Gorlim, Eilinel, and Kelly (and their cat) have an Arrangement with Ramon Salazar. He's paying for them.

The fox... doesn't have a tab. XD

Faramir pays out of his Security salary.

Others of mine are either unBound or woefully underplayed. >.>

Except Harry -- Saph and Andy, do the Trio have a paying arrangement I don't know about?
