Character Stuff about Tim

All right, I've given this a lot of thought, and heres a little bit about Tim.

For those who don't know, he's a resident of the DC universe, and a wizard to boot. Tim has been informed that he is important to the future of this world, that he is the next Merlin, and will either save the world or destroy it. He is the son of Titania and her falconer Tamlin, but in the DC universe, Titania is actually a human, so Tim is still full human.

This Tim in particular is culled from shortly after his trip to hell to save Molly, but before he gets tatooed to control his magic. Because of the rather expansive nature of Tim, there are multitudes of him across the multiverse (it gets confusing, trust me), this Tim is not strictly canon.

The Changes:

*He has not been disillusioned to the idea that titania might not be his mother.

*He retains the stone from Tamlin.

* Due to the raw ambient magic that seems to gather in Milliways, while here his magic works easier.

* Unless and until we get a molly, the NPC one is doing her best to stay away from Tim, afraid that he will start traficking with demons, and go bad like the future version of him she met did. ((See. i told you it was confusing.))

Any questions? Am i hard to understand? Feel free to chat or ask questions or tell me I'm ruining the fandom what have you.

Oh, he's the next Merlin, as in Merlin's successor, not the young version of Merlin? Right! Was somewhat confused when Peter told Ulfin that, because I seem to recall him meeting a very young Merlin, in the first Books of Magic. All cleared up now. :)

So we've got at least two Merlins around...

I really want someone to bring in Myrddin Emrys, now. Just so it can get a bit more confusing.

I think Krycek's player is considering it. But she has a very long list of possible second characters, so she may not choose him. ;)

The idea of Tim being a reincarnation of Merlin when the original (The Dark is Rising's Merriman Lyon, called Merlion) is still very much alive just makes my head hurt.

Yes, we need Mary Stewart's Myrddin Emrys.

And just to make things completely complicated, let's toss The Mists of Avalon's Merlin--the one who was the father of Igraine and Vivien, since in that book "Merlin" is a title, not a name--into the mix.

You know, the three lookalikes--Tim, Harry and James--really have to meet in game.

I've been saying that since Tim first showed up! :)

I know what you mean. James just got the "You look a lot like Tim Hunter" thing from Raph this morning, and "Harry!--Wait, no, you're not..." from Angelina on his first night at the bar.

You've actually picked up Tim from the point I personally like him best. So well done you. :)

Exactly! Here he's angsty enough to be interesting, but not yet so angsty as to be boring.
