I'd just like to congratulate Anthy (and mun, of course) on managing to shatter the composure of an Aes Sedai. Let's just say that it doesn't happen all that often.
(A fuller explanation of why this was possible will be forthcoming in summary form as the plot develops, btw. In the meantime... *comforts Moiraine*)

But speaking the truth on something like that (if it were to be true) would be the sort of thing a Darkfriend might do, if only to sow discord and uncertainty. So, she can't quite dismiss it out of hand, much as she would like to, because she has currently-undisclosed Tel'aran'rhiod-related reason to fear that it might not be entirely wrong...
And yay! Another WoT fan?

Now I'm wondering how Moiraine would react to James. He's rather good-natured and laid-back, but...wizard. Shapeshifter. And, of course, dead.

I think it'd be interesting to see Moiraine's reaction to James. Very, very interesting. She's not Red Ajah, and she has some experience in dealing with the equivalent of male wizards in her world, of course. No shapeshifters, but there's always Perrin, and the dead are unquiet these days.
Also, James was killed by Peter. That fact would be of great interest to Moiraine, as would more details of Peter's background... and Voldemort's.
Hmm. OK, I'd like to see this play out at some point. What do you think?

Oh, boy, this could be explosive.
Yes, I'd like to see this play out at some point. These two have to meet.

Moiraine knows a carefully-selected bit of Peter's backstory, from his own words (and through the revelation of a drunk Will Stanton). She also knows, however, that he still carries the mark of darkness within him, that he was largely responsible for getting essentially everyone in the bar not to trust her within a day of her arrival, and that he managed to get himself tainted with Shadow (courtesy of Crowley) in what he told her was a healing-the-angel effort, although she Healed that taint for him. This combination of circumstances leads her not to give much credence to his reformation claim at present... she doesn't trust him. (Darkfriends can lie very well, you see.)
As to logistics, then-- what time zone are you in? I'm in mountain time (er, GMT -6 at present).

I should point out that I also play Peter. I just hadn't realised until now how the world might look from Moiraine's or James' point of view.

That does, of course, require them being around at the same time and Moiraine being willing to ask. Dunno how likely the second part of that is...

...Er, by the way, is she? I'm assuming not, but if the answer's anything other than an unequivocal no, IM me and we'll plot. :)
