Armageddon Plot Recruitment Post

There was a time, some months ago, when there was a call for plotters. There was great response.

But, time does things to muns and pups.

After a quick tally, and an all-call to current plotters, we realize we need more players for the prethreading OOMs.

This plot is tentatively scheduled to go into the works on the 18th of this month. Many of these OOMs need to be finished shortly after the 18th. This requires commitment from people who want to be a part of the out of Milliways action.

Everyone is welcome to join this plot. It is a BAR WIDE plot. This plot will IMPACT THE BAR and those in the bar. This is mod approved.

So. What do we need?

We need mages. We need fighters. We really need fighters. Please... more fighters!

This plot has the ability to really kick ass. Everyone has been moaning about nobody wanting to play with them -- well, now's your chance to play with people. People you don't know and who don't know you. Especially fighters. We have several teams that need fighters now that many players have dropped the plot due to OOC life issues.

We have a community.

But we need players. Plot isn't any fun without players. :D

People with ranged abilities are probably best. You really don't wanna get close to the things you'll be fighting. They're in another plane of existance, flesh-machine alien hybrid type things...

Snowball can fight to a limited capacity in pig form, providing we're talking non-magical warfare. scapepig

Dr Guppy Sandhu is capable of doing research, but his fields are pretty limited. Anything relating to medicine, biology, chemistry or various related subjects of those he is good at. However he has little or no knowledge of the workings of magic and doesn't really do physicsy stuff beyond a GCSE level. Apart from diagnosis and the occasional bit of epidemiology, he has no experience in detective work. guppy_sandhu

You need to join with the individual pups' journals only. :)

We don't really need Guppy for research -- he'll be more needed for any subplots that occur needing medical help. Cause, I think there SHOULD be some. And I'm not sure you'd want Snowball going into Phyrexia. Read the big post in the backroom that explains the plot and reply here if you think he still would. ^^

Hm, yes, I don't think Snowy would be a lot of use there. He can just run around and panic.

Guppy will be around wherever you need him. I won't be around daytimes monday, tuesday and wednesday until october, but I will be after about 7pm GMT most evenings. Also if you need someone to give a precious thing, he has a bangle that his father gave him that he could donate.

The plot will start in two weeks, yes. August 18th.

Most of the OOMs won't have to be completed until right near the end of the plot, though, so there's a little more time there. And since we lost several people in the fighters threads due to RL concerns and such, we're looking to fill those places in. =)

Short version: if Moiraine finds out IC that Rand is involved, she'll react IC. I, OOC, can't commit her to wander off in a major plot right now.
