Okay.
I'm going to get all organized on you people-- I was rushing around earlier today, trying to finish writing all the sub-threads for the masquerade and posting and linking and cross-linking and gawd it was a headache. But now that I've done that, I can focus on technicalities.
Apparently, Friday night is a bad time for some people, and when I was suggesting they tag in, they said they wouldn't be able to do that tonight. That's fine. The ball will be millitimed: from 7:00 PM (the official starting time of the ball in "real time") until 11:59.
This means that all of the threads here and here, in which your pups are wearing masks, will be open for new tags and such for all of Saturday, and a good bit of Sunday. Tag in freely. Sometime on Sunday, new threads will be closed in the links I've just given. Everything going on there will be slowtimed.
I'll let you know at that time on Sunday that it's midnight in Millitime, and that it's time for your characters to unmask themselves. You as a mun will then be able to decide the individual timing-- as in, what your pup will have been doing when the clock strikes 12 (not sure if that was correct grammar. ah, well).
So, I hope that makes even a tiny amount of sense. It is kind of bizarre. Oh, well. Fucking Milliways.
ETA: Oh, wow. I love you people. I love everything you all have written so far-- all the crack, and the "aww, cute!" moments and the "um, right" moments. All of it. Thank you! :D
