...This is calling out to anyone I've spoken to about this, as I keep missing people.

Please can one of the people who said they'd be able to fix Mel drop me a line so we can organise this? I realise I've been terribly flakey with other issues, but I'd like to get this done ASAP as it was never intended to go on this long.
