MOD POST! AGAIN! OMG!
Heigh ho, peoples.
We're all working pretty hard over here, so you're going to have to put up with the increased level of modly style postings in the back room for a little while yet, I'm afraid. This one, though, is to tackle a concern that was brought to us privately; mutterings and rustlings and whispers have come to our ears that there has been some concern over the purge post, specifically which pups we chose to QUERY and which we didn't.
We're all dealing with the purge in our own ways, but basically it's like this. The aim of this purge is, and always has been, to drastically reduce the number of characters in the bar. Sort out who's being played and who isn't, try to remove pups that people have no interest in playing any more so there's room for new characters and new players. We're trying to rejuvenate the place, really, and make sure people are really invested in playing their pups and are here to have a good time. See?
Now if a comment listed a pup as active back in April and then, when checking through the tags, we found that the pup had, in fact, only been into the bar twice, we feel that it's fair to question the mun and make sure that they really are interested in playing that character. You see?
This system is not infallible, I'm afraid - some of the tags aren't as transparent as could be wished, so it appeared that a character hadn't been into the bar when they'd actually been in in disguise, as it were. Some people don't tag all of their posts. Some people are saving characters up for plots. Reasons like this plus various others are why we are giving you a chance to take a look and let us know what your final decision is. The choice still rests with you.
