Armageddeon Update

Tonight in bar: The quake will cause a blackout throughout the bar. There will still be at least a little ambient light in the bar room itself, thanks to the exploding stars outside the Window, but for the most part, the place is going dark. This will happen, as the rest of the quakes do, at sunset, and will last until around midnight, bar time. As Bar is not electrical, she will be working just fine, and can provide candles and flashlights on request. Anyone who is interested in helping restore power can comment here or ping me on AIM (sirfritzbamwalla).

Fighters/Thieves: Keep on truckin'! We're getting really close to getting these wrapped up. The current plan is to have them more or less finished by Monday night for posting in bar.

Walkers: You'll arrive back in the bar tonight during the blackout, Urza in tow. The thread will be posted up when we finish it, so if we get it wrapped up tonight, great. If not, no worries.

Researchers: It's canon-discovery night! *g* Continued searching turns up more anecdotal evidence of the Armageddeon Key, along with some evidence that it was originally created by Mishra, Urza's brother. Details on the Brothers' War can be found as well, which can bring out the possibility that the Key was stolen by the Phyrexians from Mishra. I'll be around all day, so I can provide all that info as needed.

Sacrificers: Sally Stitch is up for tonight. As always, anyone's free to make offerings, but they'll be Millitimed after hers, so will be rejected.

Are we welcome to find anything that Wikipedia knows about that canon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Urza) (apart from where it's not fictional here of course) or is there anything we still should not-find?

Canonically, Urza is just post rebuilding the Academy (about halfway through 'Tolaria and the Time Streams'). It's up to you whether you want to find out anything beyond that, but if asked, Urza won't have any knowledge of what is his future.

But, yes, any of the major events there are free reign to be discovered.

Ooh and just a heads up one of myt pups was Purged (Kaz).Also I think Prue Halliwell is supposed to be helping if you want me to have her start posting again in the thread I can do that. I am really sorry for flaking as I have.

We pretty much lost the entire team that Prue was part of, so we had to scrap that bit. :(

She's welcome to tag into the library threads and help with research, though.
