More notes, la.
Notes have been left with the bar for Archie, Ako, and Amy, re: the Wellard-Norrington fracas.
Though the slowtimes with Jack and Nita aren't finished yet, Merriman will probably want to talk to any and all of his correspondents as soon as possible (before word gets round, or before rumours start up over Wellard and Norrington's absence). I'll do my level best to be around and available tomorrow in the afternoon and/or evening for threading and all. Queries or concerns?

There's a really lovely understatement to that line. Has Merriman ever considered pinning his phone number to Wellard's sweater before letting him out into the world?
I'm going to be on very sporadically in the coming days, and probably not at all on weekday evenings, but I should be around this (Tuesday) afternoon. Perhaps the best thing is to just let Merriman tag the post in which Amy gets the note, even if we miss each other in real time, and slowtime the whole thing it if we have to. Does that work?

It would probably save him the time (not that he needs it) of making Lost and Found posters.

I'm currently assembling a list of sources my students can use for their final Arthurian lit paper. Just came across the following:
Merriman, James Douglas. The Flower of Kings: A Study of the Arthurian Legend in England Between 1485 and 1835. Lawrence: University of Kansas Press, 1973.)

And the headwound could very well look like he hit his head on the corner of the table as he fell, or something...
There has to be some mystery, after all.

Of course, while her word is good, she can't corraborate anything -- the wounds are gone, the room's cleaned up, and she couldn't sense anything specific magically.
Aaanyhoo. *looks over Merriman-Nita* I don't think any information has been passed that is going to ruin the mystery, and I'll check myself. :)
