Hi from a brand new crack addict!

Just sort of a hello. I got dragged here by Dream!mun, you all can blame her for the recruitment. *G* Though its taken me a while to figure out who to play- and Atticus spoke up. I hope he fits in well here, even if he's just a mundane, gentleman lawyer from the South during the Depression. You just can't beat a gentleman, though!

*hearts you* That's one of my favorite books ever.

I haven't seen the movie (Bad me, I know) but the book reduced me to tears in the middle of a college library.

The only other book that's ever done that is Lord of the Rings, but I don't know if I should admit that. ;)

It's on DVD. I got it from Netflix and watched it that way. :)

Atticus? Atticus!!! (*squees mightily*)

Er, by which I mean hi. And welcome, and all that sort of thing. :)

Your what in who, now?

*grins*

Hurrah, Madb managed it! I'm not tremendously familiar with Atticus's canon, need to brush up on it, but any or all of my characters are game for chatting or plotting. Madb has my contact info. But welcome, welcome! :D

*hugs for the Atticus*

Oh, yes, I knew where he was from. :) I was one of the few kids never required to read To Kill A Mockingbird in high school, so I had to read on my own time. I never got to finish it. I need to go back and do that.

My primary character is actually out at present, and my secondary characters are taking a break while I slog through the ridiculous amount of work needed for the primary's current plotline. But yes, sleep is very overrated. The crack will consume you yet. Just you wait.

This is teh crack. You WILL be assimilated. Just surrender to it. It's easier that way. *grins* Welcome aboard.

Yay! This bar could use more nonmagical folk. (Nothing against the magical folk, mind you - just that the mundane sorts can get quite outnumbered at times.)

O.O Atticus! *loves* I am going to ignore the fact that this reaction was delayed. I'm more awake now. And.. ah yes, of course... SQUEE!

Welcome! We need a well spoken, gentlemanly moral center. Um, he will stay that way, right?

Personally, I'm hoping Atticus gives out free legal advice. Peter could use it, at this point.

SNERK!!!!!

Good point! How funny...

It's good to have a healer and a lawyer around. Especially a not evil lawyer.

Hurrah for Atticus! And Gregory Peck is one of my all-time favorite actors (On the Beach? Oh, my goodness...*cries*) so it'll be good to see his face 'round the bar.

I think Atticus and Tonks probably have very similar notions of justice. They should definitely talk at some point. :)

Yeah, that's happened a lot since I started. I hadn't read Good Omens before, and now I want to read Neverwhere...*sighs* Sooooo not conducive to homework getting done. :)

Yay, Atticus!
