*clings back* Oh, God. Let's hope so. Can you imagine JKR springing that one on us?
*giggles in spite of herself* No, thanks. I'm good.
*pats* Don't worry, I'm sure the idea's never crossed their mind. Their love was Pure and True. And unfortunately, Doomed.
.. and by their, I mean her.
The Milliways brain-freeze has set in. ;)

Poor Tonks.

*munches* We're going to have to start mass-producing them for Tonks, for the duration of the Aziraphale/Crowley/Charlie absence.
*shrugs* Personally, I like that interpretation of events. It fits with how I've always read James as being, and how the marriages of friends who have married young have resulted. It's much more realistic and believable to me than the "happily ever after" that people want to believe for James and Lily. They were just kids when they tied the knot, right out of Hogwarts, and their world was falling down around them. They were married precariously in a very dangerous time. It's clear that they loved each other and Harry madly, but love isn't always enough.
And now, if you'll excuse me, I'll just be over here awaiting my tarring and feathering by the torch-waving hordes...
