First off:

SOB.

Secondly, as an academic at heart, I cannot take credit for Kassandra's lullabies. The texts are not hers, though the translations are her mun's. They are Yiddish cradle standards: she's sung him from Yankele, Sheyn Vi Di Levone and Di Goldene Pave, so far, and if he requires more, we're going to hit Rozhinkes, Mandeln and Shtiler, Shtiler. Just, you know, can't take credit. And thought some poetry/academie geeks would want to know.
