I've just been plotting in locked posts in Jack's journal, and actually I think it works just as well. Since most people need to be pointed at comm posts anyway, they could just be left in people's journals locked to the relevant participants. All my filtered entries have most all interested parties on anyhow.

*Shrugs* But then, if people want one, I'm certainly not against it.
