Okay so my activity has dropped off again but I have good reason! I swear! As some of you know, I've been working the tech support phone lines for Apple. Well...as of the 19th our call center is being closed. The good news? I still have a job as everyone's being trained on another project....the bad news? I'm not sure about the troubleshooting or the clientele. Also...there are potentials for raises and more room for advancement. I'm just not sure where this is going and if possible, I need some time to make some decisions.

Sefina: It's alright. I think we can fiddle with timing and all...there's a tangle of upcoming OOMs this can take place during. If I could just ask you a single favor, to tag even if I'm not around when you get the chance, we can grind this out a post at a time.
