Um.

It took me a good ten/eleven months of Millilurking to finally work up the courage to get myself a pup, but I did. And a year ago today, I inexpertly flung said pup into the bar.
And nobody flung him back out again! Which I mostly took as encouragement to keep right on flinging, and now, a year later, Sands has grown a beard, grown his eyes back, been possessed by a gun, been in the cells twice, nearly killed people twice, got punched an awful lot, annoyed everyone he’s come into contact with, been turned into a puppet, and generally hated every second of his time here.
I, however, have loved it! Loved it enough to go from just the one pup, and the insistence that I could never manage more than one, to having Luna, Ben, Luck, Lofty and another maybe lurking in the wings.
So, um, yes. Thank you all very much for tolerating me, and for being generally so awesome. I shall return to my corner now.
