*G* It was in August 2005, they never talked again after that... year and a half, Lobo added Erato to his list of 'women I somehow scared away' a long while ago, and even commented about it without naming names in a few threads. But eh, its up to you and Mitch how much of his Bar canon is kept. Just what I did play as Lobo, is that he had a 'friend with benefits' relationship with Amanda Darieux, her being the only woman who would hang around him. Their fling ended when Amanda found a romantic partner.

Actually, that is one of the reasons I gave him up, the large number of people who never approached him again after the first talk, no matter if there was intimacy involved or not.

*G* Lobo scared her. He met April in his last phase, when he was convinced Milliways women would never 'go' with him; he got tired of some veiled accusations of intended rape (that is the only atrocity Lobo seems to have never, ever commited), and started being scary on purpose.

They've never actually threaded, but he was a (handwavey) brothel client of Goldy's, until she quit last week. Assume she has regretfully informed him of her resignation and refered him back to Lilly or Inara to make alternative arrangements.

He is still welcome to see her outside the brothel, in terms of handwavey sexual liasons of a free nature. And he's always welcome to tag her for actual conversation. :)

Actually, it was handwaved that none of the girls at Delicate Flowers accepted him. He went to the Brothel three times, and was turned away with variable levels of politeness all times. I tried to contact you to set up details for the handwave for a long time, about two months, but real life kept interfering, so in my last talk in the subject with Lily-mun, the final stance was 'all girls are too busy', and Lobo left without having experimented the services.

Ah. I think I've crossed my wires in that case. I thought I remembered it being communicated to me that Lilly had set them up. Brain fart on my end, probably. I only mentioned him as a client in one thread with Miho, and am fine with retconning that out of existence.

He was supposed to have been Goldy's client. But as I said, I never could find you; after a few e-mails fired off, and after several IM's were not answered, I contacted Lily-mun again and we agreed to rub off the thing, since I think that even for a handwave, some details have to be agreed upon; at least reach an understanding about the impressions of the encounter, without assumptions.

Not a problem, just it did play a reasonable role on his Bar-canon, that most women just kept away from him, for their own reasons.

He and Illyria were sparring partners once or twice, and then she got into an argument with him because he threatened Montparnasse, who used to be her pet vampire. But uh. That last bit probably isn't too important since the mun and I sort of pretend none of that happened and her pup's retired.

This makes me wish terribly and acutely for a Starfire, Adam Strange, and Buddy in bar, because that's by far the best storyline in 52, IMHO.

When Kendra enters the bar, she will surely say "hello" to Lobo, and then probably wave a halberd at him in a vaguely unsettled manner. :-)

All I really remember was that they talked about humans and sex, and that she wasn't scared of him at all. My memory sucks.

He and Blodwen Rowlands had an intriguing encounter just after she returned to the bar from an unintentional trip into the void on 6/6/06.

The thread is probably notable because she wasn't afraid of him, and was intrigued by the aura of danger and power around him -- for lack of better descriptive terminology.

Looking back at it now, I see that I accidentally dropped the thread on my tag, for which I am very sorry. That was most definitely unintentional, because I was looking forward to seeing where it would go. Anyway, there you have it?
