Milliversary, squee!
It's all Midge's fault, to start with. Just to make that clear.
Two years ago she mentioned she'd started playing a certain ex-con CTU agent at this RP and when I said "You know, it might be interesting to play Jack Bauer", her response was "OMGDOITDOITDOIT." Future conversations on the subject mainly consisted of Midge going "HAVE YOU APPED JACK YET? *POKEPOKEPOKE*"
How was I going to stand up under that pressure? So you see, it really is all Midge's fault that I'm here in the first place.
It's everyone else's fault that I'm still here two years from the night Jack opened the door to the Pentagon's parking garage and found himself in a bar at the end of the universe (and found the god of Love hitting on his girlfriend. That still cracks me up). You all are so good at what you do that you've made playing Jack a real joy, so much so that even two years on I still have no plans to leave. It hasn't always been sunshine and daisies, but hey, still here!
Most of all, I'm so grateful for all the friends I've made here and the friends I already had that I've gotten to know better. You all have made the last two years as wonderful as they have been.
