I'm toying with the idea of bringing Jack Aubrey of Patrick O'Brian's Aubrey-Maturin novels into the bar, but is there room in Milliways for more than one officer of H.M. Navy, circa 1800? You have dibs on the territory.

Right now it's only an idea; if you have even the slightest opposition, I'll be happy to abandon it.

Of course you can bring in Jack :) If I was capable of handling more than one character and still keep my cranium relatively intact, I'd bring in Stephen Maturin--maybe sometime after Hornblower leaves the bar (he's not going to stay forever, after all) I'll pick up the doctor and we can play together, if that's okay with you.

But you can go ahead and play Aubrey right now...he and Hornblower are practically polar opposites, anyway :) When Jack does show up, do you wanna play with Hornblower? That could be entertaining.
